Atomic Layer Deposition seminar at MCN

MCN will host a one hour seminar on Atomic Layer Deposition at 9:30am on October 4th. The talk will be delivered by Dr Eric Deguns from Cambridge NanoTech and will cover applications that can run on MCNs Fiji and Savannah systems.
