Nanoporous metal membranes: en route from single pores to large-scale pore arrays

This talk will present recent work performed on the design of single pore metal membranes for single molecule translocation detection and the development of alloys for processing large arrays of isoporous metal membranes.

The potential of the nanoporous metal materials to act as membrane catalytic reactors will be reviewed and presented.
