Attention ANFF Design House Users!!
While in town for the ANFF Annual Research Showcase, the folks at Synopsis TCAD will be holding a FREE two day training event, Nov 14-15th at Monash University (download official program flyer here). This is a rare opportunity to receive hands on training directly from the experts.
The intensive two day workshop will showcase the comprehensive suite of products offered in Synopsys’ TCAD. This includes industry leading process and device simulation tools, as well as a powerful GUI-driven simulation environment for managing simulation tasks and analysing simulation results. In this training, a basic introduction of TCAD concepts and tool usage will be covered as well as:
- Sentaurus framework
- Structure editor
- Process simulation
- Device simulation
- Sentaurus visualization
- Case Study – 180nm CMOS design
